About Us

We are a local food innovation company committed to transforming Songkhla's Bao Mango into functional food products that promote health while creating sustainable value for local communities.

Bao Mango is a Geographical Indication (GI) fruit of Songkhla, recognized for its distinctive aroma and pleasantly sour flavor. While unripe Bao Mango is widely used in cooking, pickled products, and beverages, ripe fruits often have limited commercial value and are frequently left unused, resulting in unnecessary agricultural waste.

Recognizing this opportunity, we work closely with local growers to purchase ripe Bao Mango and transform it into innovative functional products. By creating new applications for an underutilized local resource, we help reduce food waste, generate additional income for farmers, and strengthen the local economy.

Our products are developed through dedicated research and innovation in collaboration with researchers from Prince of Songkla University, ensuring both scientific credibility and high product quality.

We believe local ingredients deserve greater opportunities. By combining scientific innovation with the richness of nature, we create products that support consumer well-being while empowering local communities and promoting the sustainable use of regional resources.
